Zola Creppel Huff's Obituary
Funeral services for Zola R. Creppel Huff will be on Friday, December 23, 2016, at Bunkley Baptist Church in Meadville, MS, at 1:00 PM with burial to follow in the Bunkley Baptist Church Cemetery in Meadville, MS. Bro. Josh Scott will officiate the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Bunkley Baptist Church on Friday, December 23, 2016, from 10:30 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM.
Mrs. Huff, 76, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville, MS, with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 10, 1940 in New Orleans, LA, to Eddie and Viola Zar Creppel. She was a member of Bunkley Baptist Church where she served as the Church Treasurer for many years; was a homemaker; and enjoyed working in her yard, sewing, quilting and spending time with her family. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Eddie and Viola Zar Creppel; husband, James F. Huff; sister, Margaret Creppel LaPrade; and brothers, Eddie "Buckie" Creppel and Percy Creppel.
Survivors are her daughter, Dody Huff of Meadville, MS; sons, Eddie Huff of Meadville, MS, and Ernest Huff and wife Angela of Sunset, LA; sister, Dinah Creppel Ronquille; grandchildren, Jennifer, Kyle, Candice, Josh, G J, Brady, Tyler, Tayler, Seth, Morgan and Veronica; great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Isabella; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers are Kyle Jones, Josh Huff, Brady Huff, G J Dunn, Brian Euwer and Anthony Morone. Honorary pallbearers are Robert Morone and Seth Oliver.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Franklin County Memorial Hospital.
