Verna Ruth Mcdonough's Obituary
Mrs. Verna Ruth McDonough, 73, of Natchez, MS died Wednesday, December 30, 2012 at Natchez Community Hospital in Natchez, MS. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 1:00 P M until the time of service at 2:00 P M at Franklin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Midway Cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. McDonough was born February 16, 1939 in Bude, MS. She was the daughter of Hubert Lee Cotten and Beatrice Murray Montgomery. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was a retired from the retail industry where she worked for several years for J C Penny and Sears.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Joel Cotten and Garvis Cotten and nephew: Joey Cotten.
Survivors are her daughter: Tracy Powell of Natchez, MS; and special caregivers: Robert C. Dossett and Babs Knotts.
