Funeral services for Mr. Travis Smith will be on Monday, July 11, 2022, at Bude Church of God in Meadville, MS at 10:00 AM, with burial to follow in the Smith Family Cemetery in Meadville, MS. Rev. Will Lott and Rev. Leroy McFarland will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home on Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and resume at Bude Church of God on Monday, July 11, 2022 from 8:00 AM until service at 10:00 AM.

Mr. Smith, 44, of Roxie, MS, passed from this life on Friday, July 8, 2022. He was born on September 13, 1977 in McComb, MS to James "Jim" Smith and Mrs. Dianne Griffin Smith.

He enjoyed family, playing his guitar, working and going to church.

Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, Claude Griffin and Marie   Mount Griffin and paternal grandparents, James "Buddy" Smith and Mrs. Emma Scott Smith.

Survivors are Travis's daughter, Keara Smith of Monticello, MS; parents, Jim and Dianne Smith of Roxie, MS; brother, Jamie Smith of Roxie, MS; niece, Emily Walker and husband Austin Walker of Brookhaven, MS and niece, Briana Brumfield of Roxie, MS.

Pallbearers are Austin Walker, Manchi Smith, Jamen Smith, Stuart Smith, Jake Smith, and Cody Lee.
