Obituary

Mr. Tony Randall Combs, 62, beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on May 2, 1962, in Meadville, Mississippi, to JoeA  Combs, III, and Bonnie Delaney Combs.

Tony logged for many years before dedicating 23 years of his life to working in the Gulf of Mexico in the oil industry, spending eight of those years with the Island Operating Company. Tony was a man of many passions, with a deep love for the outdoors. He spent much of his time fishing and hunting, where he found both solace and joy. His connection with nature was something that defined him, and he cherished the time spent in the wilderness with his family and friends. Known for his warm heart, generous spirit, and sense of humor, Tony was loved by all who knew him. He had a unique way of making people feel at ease and could always be counted on for a good laugh or a helping hand. His family and friends will forever remember his love, loyalty, and unwavering support.

Tony is preceded in death by his parents, JoeA Combs III and Bonnie Delaney Combs; Maternal grandparents, JJ and Audrey Delaney; Paternal grandparents, Eugenia and Joe Combs II; and stepdaughter, Devan Dufour.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Combs of Meadville, MS; two daughters, Alexis Jones and husband, Cody, of Meadville, MS and Joy Combs of Brookhaven, MS; stepsons, Landon Tauzin of Roxie, MS and Beau Beach of Roxie, MS; stepdaughter, Harli Beach of Roxie, MS; brother, Tommy Combs and wife, Amber, of Roxie, MS and grandchildren, Bryce Wilkinson, Madaline McNair, Caiden Sandlin, Levi Raffeo, Landon Raffeo, Camden Raffeo, Chloe Thurman, Cailyn Thurman, Cami Thurman, Declyn Beach, Devyn Beach, two nephews, Landon Combs and wife, Sarah, and Rustin Combs, great-nephew, Kayden Combs, and a host of other family and friends.

Tony Randall Combs will be remembered for his love of life, his generous spirit, and his deep devotion to his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A private graveside ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Roxie Cemetery.
