Memorial services for Rev. Thomas W. Saucier will be on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Springhill Baptist Church in Knoxville, MS at 1:00 PM. Rev. Mike Carraway and Rev. Marvin Curtis will be officiating the services.
Rev. Saucier 84, of Knoxville, MS, passed from this life on January, 6, 2020 at Field Memorial Hospital in Centerville, MS. He was born on May 27, 1935 in Franklin County, MS to Mr. Harvey Saucier and Mrs. Laura Shell Saucier.
T.W. as many called him was known throughout Southwest, Mississippi. He was a graduate of Franklin High School in Meadville, MS. He spent his working life as a sales manager for various heavy equipment companies. He was also an ordained Baptist Minister, having attended Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary where he gained a bachelor's degree. T. W. ministered in small churches throughout Southwest, MS. He was a gracious and loving man that placed his trust and faith in God.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Harvey and Laura Saucier; sister, Mary Agnes Drane; great granddaughter, Evie Delaughter, and great grandson, Krystopher Stovall.
Survivors are his wife of 65 years, Ottie E. Saucier; daughter, Debbie McCarthy and husband Jerry of Knoxville, MS; son, Gary Saucier and wife Kim of Denim Springs, LA; daughter, Becky Stovall and husband James of Ashdown, Ark; foster daughter, Jeanette Breland of Monroe, LA; sister, Margie Smith of Henderson, TX; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; one nephew; two nieces, and many other relatives and friends.
