Mr. Terry Russell, 67 was called into the presence of the Lord on Monday, July 27, 2015, at his residence in Liberty Hill, TX. Mr. Russell was born at Tallulah, LA, July 19, 1948 to Mr. Luther Russell and Mrs. Gertrude Martin Russell.

Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS on Thursday, July 30, 2015 from 9:00 AM till time of service at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. The graveside service will follow in the Midway Cemetery in Meadville. Rev. James Hunsucker will be officiating the services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Franklin Russell and Gertrude Martin Russell, two sisters, Laverne Russell and Mary Russell Webb, and one brother, Travis Eugene Russell.

Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Dianna Russell, four children, Milissa Christensen, Leigh Anne Walker, Shelby Russell, Jennifer Guillot, ten grandchildren, along with two sisters, Geneva Russell and Louise Russell Wimberly, and four brothers, Tony Russell, Thomas Russell, Benton Russell and Clinton Russell.

Raised in Tallulah, Louisiana, Terry played defensive lineman under the legendary Charlie McClendon at LSU. He then dedicated the entirety of his career to ExxonMobil in Baton Rouge, before retiring after 36 years. Terry was an avid hunter, enjoyed gardening, had an affection for animals, and most of all loved being a Paw Paw.
