Sy Howard Etheridge, 65 of Gloster, passed away on April, 5, 2013, at his residence. He was born on October 24, 1947 to Howard Etheridge and Mary Frances Thompson Etheridge in Gloster.

Mr. Etheridge worked as a deck hand in the oil field and was of the Pentecostal faith. He was also an avid outdoorsman.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sisters, Estelle and Dale Allen; and a brother, James Etheridge.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Sheral Graves Etheridge; daughters, Trinity Etheridge of Meadville, Pamela Huff of Meadville and Sandy Smith and husband, Michael, of Roxie; sisters, Reba Boyd of Jackson, Elaine Etheridge of Bude, Elizabeth Dunn and husband, Douglas, of Smithdale, and Christine Hawley and husband, Bruce, of Bude; grandchildren, Lonnie, Jaylan, Brady, Tyler, Steven, Destiny, Dakota and Hunter; and a great-grandchild, Brantley.
