Steven Austin Pickering's Obituary
Funeral services for Steven Austin Pickering will be on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at Sarepta Baptist Church in Meadville, MS at 3:00 PM with burial to follow in the Sarepta Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Eric Moak will be officiating the services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Sarepta Baptist Church on Sunday, June 12, 2016, from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
Mr. Pickering, 46, passed from this life on Friday, June 10, 2016. He was born on December 2, 1969, in Brookhaven, MS, to Rayford Austin Pickering and Betty Stevens Pickering. He was a member of Sarepta Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a loving son, brother and friend.
Preceding him in death were his four infant siblings, Audie, Betty Lou, Calvin Ray and Myra Jo.
Survivors are his parents, Betty Stevens Pickering of Meadville, MS, and Rayford Austin Pickering of Natchez, MS; sister, Stacy Pickering Whitehead and husband Keith; nieces, Molly and Katie Whitehead; and a host of family and friends.
