Funeral services for Mr. Sherrill Corban will be on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at Siloam Baptist Church in (Sixtown Community) Meadville, MS at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Bro. Leon Wallace will be officiating the services with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Siloam Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, from 9:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.

Mr. Corban passed from this life on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at King's Daughters Medical Center, Brookhaven, MS. He was born in Meadville, MS on January 20, 1965, to Mr. Frank Marvin Corban and Mrs. Beverly Ann Jordan Corban.

He enjoyed all outdoor activities including hunting, riding ATVs, and spending time at the river. He made many friends during his career as a nurse. He had the reputation of being very compassionate and caring for all his patients. He was a loving husband and father who dedicated his life to caring for his family.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Beverly Ann Jordan Corban.

Survivors are his wife of 25 years, Cara Smith Corban of Sixtown; son, Michael Lynn Corban of Sixtown; father, Frank Marvin Corban of Sixtown; brother, Steve Corban and wife Erin of Smithdale; nieces, Caleigh Corban, Madilyn Rollinson, and Joy Rollinson along with a host of family and friends.

The family requests memorial donations be sent to Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery Fund at 8031 Hwy. 98 East, Meadville, MS 39653.
