Sheila age 56, of Meadville, Mississippi, passed away May 28, 2026 surrounded by loved ones at ochsner's hospital in New Orleans . She was born September 21, 1969 in Natchez Mississippi to Dianne and Garnell Jackson. She leaves behind a legacy of unwavering faith, deep love, and a gentle spirit that touched everyone blessed to know her.

A devoted Christian, Sheila lived her life guided by grace, compassion, and a steadfast belief in God’s goodness. Her faith was the foundation of her strength, and she shared that strength freely — offering comfort, encouragement, and kindness to anyone who needed it.

Sheila loved her family with her whole heart. She was a devoted wife to William Clinkscales III, a loving mother to William Clinkscales IV and his wife Andrea, and to Brittany Clinkscales Badon and her husband Mickey. A beautiful daughter to Dianne Jackson and Daughter-In-Law to Peggy Henderson, a caring sister to Robert Jackson and sister in law Dana Jackson. Her greatest joy was being “Mimi” to her cherished grandchildren Jordan , Jasper and Zayne who brought light and laughter into her life and being an auntie to her nieces Sarah Beth, Olivia and her husband Gabe.

She also found delight in the simple, sweet things — especially her fondness for ducks and frogs (Forever Rely On God) Whether collecting them, admiring them, or smiling at their charm, they reflected the gentle joy she carried within her.

Sheila’s life was a testament to love, faith, and quiet strength. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her husband, children, grandchildren, and all who were touched by her warmth and kindness.

She is preceded in death by her father Garnell Jackson and brother Michael Jackson.

Pallbearers are Buck Borland, Wesley Zion, Zachary Dickerson, Daniel Cothren, Tim Houston, Gabe Stokes, Shawn Thibodaux, and Keith Wheeler.
