Mrs. Sarah P. Cloy, 90, of Meadville, MS died Friday, March 15, 2013 at Camellia Estates in McComb, MS. Visitation was on Sunday, March 17, 2018 from 5:00 P M until 8:00 P M at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS and continued on Monday, March 18, 2012, from 9:00 A M until the time of service at 10:00 A M at Franklin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Midway Cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers were Buddy Godbold, Gordon Applewhite, Revel Applewhite, Bart Jones, Percy Peeler, and Bill Halford.

Mrs. Cloy was born February 15, 1923 in Boyle, MS. She was the daughter of Anderson and Audrey Hood Peeples. She was a long time member of Meadville Baptist Church. She worked as a school teacher for 30 years. She was a loving wife and mother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters; and 1 brother.

Survivors are her husband: John D. Cloy; and sons: John Cloy of Meadville, MS, and George Cloy and wife Rosanne of Dallas, TX.
