Mr. Rickey Van Wallace, 64, passed from this life on Friday, March 27, 2020, at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He was born on February 27, 1956 in Natchez, MS, to George Clinton Wallace and Mary Magdalene Jackson Pipkins Wallace.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sisters, Billie Sue Ratcliff, Connie Lynn Wallace, Regenia Etheridge; and brother, Jerry Wallace.

Rickey was a wonderful brother, uncle, and friend to many.  He had extreme artistic abilities and enjoyed working with wood and leather.  We would like to express our appreciation to his dedicated caregivers; Lynn, Nicole, Tracey, and Kellie.

Survivors are his brother, Danny Wallace; sisters, Gloria Walters, JoNell Dorsey, Carolyn Wallace, Patricia Untereiner, Jocelyn Etheridge and husband Vander, Connie Evans, Debbi Smith and Larone; sister-in-law, Bess Wallace; and a host of nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
