Obituary

Graveside services for Reginald B. Rollins, 84, of Natchez, MS will be on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Midway Cemetery in Meadville, Mississippi at 10:00 AM.  Rev. Tony Mullins will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Rollins, passed from this life on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Meadville, Convalescent home in Meadville, Mississippi. He was born in Amite County on April 18, 1941 to Mr. Tommy Rollins and Mrs. Katie Marie Rollins.

Reggie, as his friend called him, was a proud Navy Veteran, having served during the Viet Nam War. He was a man of values, discipline and love. He made friends all over southwest Mississippi while delivering Holsum Bread, Flav-Or-Rich milk and Coke products. He was well liked and loved everywhere he went. Reggie was a Christian. He loved his Hopewell Baptist Church Family and shared Jesus when ever he had the opportunity. Reggie was a very good white perch fisherman and could be found at the "old river any day of the week. He also loved to garden. His skills produced some of the biggest and finest quality tomatoes to be found anywhere.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Tommy and Katie Rollins and step mother who raised him, Wilhelmina Rollins; his wife, Carolyn Sue Mullins Rollins; daughters, Angie Summerall, Khristie Rollins and brother Glen Rollins.

Survivors are his son, Bryan Rollins of Natchez, MS; granddaughters, Savannah Petty of Vidalia, LA, Tiffany Perry of Baton Rouge, LA and grandson Colten Nugent of Atlanta, GA.; sisters, Patricia Foreman (Mike) of Crosby, MS and Cynthia Slay (Jerry) of Gloster, along with great grandchildren, Layla Perry, Logan Perry, and Lauren Perry, and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are family members.
