Mr. Prentice E. (Bill) Cochran Jr., 61 was called into the presence of the Lord on August, 8, 2016 at his residence in Natchez, MS. Mr. Cochran was born in Magnolia, Ark. on December 5, 1954 to Mr. Prentice (Bill) Cochran Sr. and Mrs. Leola Travis Cochran.

Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and continue Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Meadville United Methodist Church from 9:00 A.M. till time of service at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Milton Whatley will be officiating the funeral service. The graveside service will be 11:00 A.M., Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Christie's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Magnolia, Ark. The pastor of Christie's Chapel United Methodist Church will be officiating the grave side services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Cochran was a tool pusher for W. T. Drilling Company.

Mr. Cochran is preceded in death by his parents, Prentice (Bill) Cochran Sr. and Mrs. Leola Cochran.

Survivors are his wife, Ruthie Manning Cochran; son, James Ben Cochran and wife Jessica of Vidalia, LA; daughters, Lacy Marino and husband Kevin of Petal, MS, Ashley Hammack and husband Casey of Meadville, MS; brother, James (Buddy) Cochran and wife Peggie of Natchez, MS; sisters, Sue Taylor and husband Terry of Magnolia, Ark, Glenda Morris and husband William of Magnolia, Ark; grandchildren, Toni Marino, Kam Marino, Harleigh Hammack, Alli Reese Arthur and Cela Ponder along with a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are Casey Hammack, Ray Blout, John Wayne Harvard, Colt Hensley, Lance Hall, and Raymond (Tadpole) Tyson.

Honorary Pallbearers are David New Jr., Leo Joseph, Jerry Baily, and Wayne Johnson.
