Mrs. Patti Myers, 61, was called into the presence of the Lord on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia, LA. Mrs. Myers was born May 21, 1953 to Mr. W.B. McManus and Mrs. Jean Ferguson McManus.
Visitation will be at Eddiceton Baptist Church in Eddiceton, MS on Monday, March 16, 2015 from 5:30 PM till 7:30 PM and continue Tuesday March 17, 2015 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM at Eddiceton Baptist Church. The graveside service will follow in Eddiceton Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Davis will officiate the services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Patti was employed at Peoples Bank of the South for many years and was currently employed at United Mississippi Bank in Bude, MS. She greeted everyone with an infectious smile and laugh. She enjoyed travel and entertaining friends and family. She was a wonderful Mother, grandmother, sister, and wife of 33 years to her husband, Marvin Myers. She was a wonderful person that will be greatly missed.
Patti is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. W.B. McManus and Mrs. Jean Ferguson McManus.
Survivors are her husband, Marvin Myers of Eddiceton, MS; Son, Jason Reppel and wife Stacey of Purvis, MS; brother, Glen McManus and wife Gwen of Natchez, MS; grandchildren, Cole and Natalie Reppel; nephew, Hank McManus; niece, Kelly Pugh, and a very special young lady, Kaylee Brook Blackwell.
Pallbearers are Eddie Myers, Kevin Barnes, Dalton Travis, Charles Case, Conley Greer, and Randy Smith.
The family wishes to thank everyone for their post, calls, visits and prayers during a very difficult time. A special thanks goes to all employees at Peoples Bank and Patti's traveling "crew", Nell Bolt, Jean McGehee, Pat Buckles, and Shirley Wallace.
Also a very special thank you to the CCU nursing staff at Iberia Medical Center.
