Onnie Rae Longmire, 74, of Meadville, MS, died Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Meadville, MS. Funeral services will be held 3:30 P M at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS on Monday, July 29, 2013. Burial will be in Midway Cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2013, from 5-8 PM at Franklin Funeral Home.

Mrs. Onnie Rae was born February 16, 1939 in Franklin County, MS. She liked to paint, make crafts, and work in her yard. Mrs. Onnie Rae also loved her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, and the rest of her family.

Mrs. Longmire is preceded in death by her parents: Edgar and Edith Bonds Goodson; a son, Brian Keith Temple and a daughter, Rhonda Jo Hodges.

She is survived by: her husband, Ronnie Longmire of Meadville, MS; a daughter, Tonya Ellsworth and husband Jerome of Smithdale, MS; a step-son, Ronnie E. Longmire; granddaughters: Hope Johnson and husband Luke, Keri Casanova and husband Chase, Adrian Ellsworth, Katie Longmire, and Jennifer Longmire; a grandson, Garrett Ellsworth; three great-grandchildren, Mary Claire, Maddux, and Ariana; a brother, Phillip Goodson; two sisters, Jo Schneyer, and Hilda Myers.
