Funeral services for Mrs. Norma Seale Leonard will be on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS, at 11:00 AM, with burial to follow in the Midway Cemetery in Meadville, MS. Rev. Toby Jones will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home on Friday, June 9, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and continue on Saturday, June 10, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM.

Norma Seale Leonard, 92, of Meadville, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 07, 2023. She was born on July 26, 1930 in Franklin County, MS to Mr. Lanon Seale and Mrs. Carmen Holt Seale.

She enjoyed farming and raising livestock. She taught school for 33 years in the Franklin County School System.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Douglas Leonard; parents, Lanon and Carmen Seale; sisters, Mary Etheridge and Martha Clanton.

Survivors are her son, Harold Leonard (Anita) of Meadville; grandson, Trivette Leonard of Meadville, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and lots of friends.

Pallbearers are David Clanton, Ryan Clanton, Bart Houston, Lamar Clanton, Tommy Chisolm and Will Zumbro.
