Graveside services for Mrs. Mary Ann Graves will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery in Morgantown, MS at 1:00 PM. Rev. Jamie Wallace will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
Mrs. Graves, 87, of Roxie, MS passed from this life on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at Beacham Memorial Hospital in Magnolia, MS. She was born on September 24, 1932 in Memphis, TN to Mr. James Samuel Lowry and Mrs. Mary Lee Anderson Lowry.
She was a longtime resident of Franklin County and always considered it to be her home. She enjoyed her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sewing, painting and supporting her husband during many years of ministry.
Preceding her in death were her parents, James Samuel and Mary Lee Lowry and her husband, Rev. J.C. Graves.
Survivors are her three sons, James "Andy" Graves of Jeffersontown, KY, Randy Graves and wife Becky of Roxie, MS, John Paul Graves of St. Francisville, LA; one sister, Emma Joy Farr of Roxie, MS; three grandchildren, Randy Graves Jr., Jonathan Graves, Carlie Graves Buchanan, four great-grandchildren, and one due in December.
Pallbearers are Jacob Buchanan, Mark Farr, Chris Young, Tony Mullins, Keith Whitehead, and Bill Halford.
Honorary pallbearers are Randy Graves, Jr., Jonathan Graves, and David Farr.
