Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Anne Bowlin will be on Monday, October 30, 2023, at  Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS at 11:00 AM, with burial to follow in the Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery in Meadville, MS. Rev. Marvin Howard will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home on Monday, October 30, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM.

Mary Anne Bowlin, 82, passed from this life on October 26, 2023 in Denham Springs, LA. She was born on June 21, 1941 in Franklin County, MS to Mr. Edgar Leroy Steele and Mrs. Eleanor Lee Fleming Steele Waller.

Preceding her in death were her parents; sisters, Joyce Partridge, Janette Alexander; and nieces, Nancy Story and Debbie Story.

Survivors are her husband, Claude Bowlin, Jr.; sons, Mark Bradley Bowlin (Allison), Curt Christopher Bowlin (Marie); daughter, Jennifer Anne Carlin (Paul); brother, Arthur Steele; sisters, Ginger Davis (Rich), Edd Rea Nobels (Jeff); eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are Paul Carlin, Christopher Carlin, Kaleb Carlin, Glen Alexander, Andrew Alexander, and Jimmy Dale Edwards.
