A memorial service for Marshall Stacy Fulton will be on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at Union Church Cemetery in Fayette, MS. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. Pastor David Alford will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Marshall Stacy Fulton, 73, of Fayette, passed from this life on Friday, February 6, 2026, at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born on July 29, 1952, in Brookhaven, MS, to Robert and Geroline Fulton.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing cards. He loved spending time with his family and his dogs.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sister, Jeannetta Mitchell; and great-niece, Joleigh Cosenza.

Survivors are his wife of 33 years, Rebecca Fulton; daughter, Stacy Ruth Horton (Matthew); grandchildren, Blaise Horton, Gabby Horton, Becca Horton; great grandchild, Vera Ruth Horton; sister; Lorinda Alford (David); numerous nieces and nephews; his little dog, Casey; and a host of family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers are Blaise Horton, Scott Bandy, Marty Walker, Jason Bandy, Michael Cosenza, Sam Bandy, and Jonathan Walker.

The family request memorials be made in his name to:  Union Church Presbyterian Church.
