Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Faye Delaney will be on, Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at Sarepta Baptist Church in Meadville, MS at 11:00 AM, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Steve Sasser and Rev. Webb Armstrong will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and resume at Sarepta Baptist Church on, Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.

Mrs. Delaney, 70, of Meadville, MS passed from this life on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 30, 1948 in Franklin County, MS to Mr. Albert Morell Emfinger and Mrs. Mamie Judez Prather Emfinger.

She was a lifelong homemaker that loved her family very much. She dedicated her life toward being the very best wife, mother, and grandmother that she could be.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Albert Morell Emfinger and Mamie Judez Prather Emfinger.

Survivors are her husband of 49 years, John Delaney; daughter, Jill Delaney; son, Robert Delaney; sisters, Paulette Temple and the late Russell "Scooter" Temple, and Becky McKinney and husband, Eddie;  one grandson along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers are Preston Temple, Russ Temple, Jason Delaney, Chuck Delaney, Wayne Delaney, Justin Armstrong, Eddie McKinney, and Brian Clanton.

Honorary Pallbearers are Jacob Clanton, Ben McKinney, Brice Strittman, and Ben Delaney.
