Funeral services for Mrs. Lynda Sue Cupit, 79, of Union Church, MS will be on Friday, January 11, 2019, at Union Church Presbyterian Church in Union Church, MS at 10:00 AM, with burial to follow in the Union Church Cemetery. Dr. Joe Martin will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Union Church Presbyterian Church on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Mrs. Cupit passed from this life on January 8, 2019.  She was born on September 15, 1939 in Jackson, MS to Mr. Frank Gammill and Mrs. Erna Allen Gammill.

She was known by all her friends as Sue. She retired after 40 years of service to Franklin Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse. She will be remembered for her love of family and her love to travel the world.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Randall Cupit; parents, Frank Gammill and Erna Allen Gammill and son in law, Bruce McKinney.

Survivors are brother, Frank Gammill of Hazlehurst, MS; two daughters; Teresa McKinney of Union Church, MS, Suezan McCormick and husband Mike of Union Church, MS; two grandchildren, Rachel Case and husband Erik of Tomball, TX, and Stephen McKinney of Union Church, MS, along with two great grandchildren McKinley Case and Mary Harvey Case of Tomball, TX.

Pallbearers are, Stephen McKinney, Eddie McKinney, Wayne Bandy, Jason Bandy, Malcolm Cupit, Kneeland Gammill, and Michael Gammill.

Honorary pallbearers are Pete King and Jeff Rushing.
