Funeral services for Ms. Karen King will be on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at Meadville United Methodist Church in Meadville, MS at 11:00 AM, with burial to follow in the Midway Cemetery in Meadville, MS. Rev. Rex Wilburn will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home on Monday March 18, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Ms. King, 63, of Bude, Mississippi passed from this life on Thursday, March 14, 2019. She was born in Adams County on October 13, 1955 to Mr. Charles Lindbergh King and Mrs. Pauline Jones King.

She enjoyed gardening. She was active in the Garden Club and was a talented painter. She loved her cats very much and enjoyed carrying for them.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Mr. Charles Lindbergh King and Mrs. Pauline Jones King.

Survivors are her daughter, Lindi Elizabeth Cline and husband David of Granite Falls, NC; son, David Johnson of Hilton Head, SC; brother; Bill King of St. Joseph, LA;   grandchildren, ,Gracie Sigmon, Catherine Sigmon, Joanna Johnson, Chandler Johnson, and Ashleigh Johnson.

Pallbearers are Ronnie Smith, Will King, David Johnson, Heath Ogelsby, Jonathan Myers, and Charlie Myers.

Honorary pallbearers are Johnny Wayne Dillon.
