Mrs. Hilda Faye McManus, age 78, was lifted into the presence of her Savior on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Meadville, MS. Mrs. McManus was born in Franklin County on December 10, 1937 to Mr. Troy Myers and Mrs. Lottie Sullivan Myers.

Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS on Friday, July 29, 2016 from 5:00 PM till 9:00 PM and continue Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 12:00 PM till time of service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. The graveside service will follow in the Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Tony Mullins will be officiating the services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Hilda was a retired convenience store owner and manager. She was an avid sports fan, rooting for the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Hawks, and the New Orleans Saints. She loved her family, was faithful to her church and loved to spend time in Bible study.

Mrs. McManus is preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Lottie Myers; husband, Troy McManus; daughter, Lydia Case; brothers, Travis Myers, Delma Myers, and Loyd Myers.

Survivors are daughter, Lajaun Case and two sisters, Nancy Burris (Jimmy) and Willie Templet (Bobby); grandchildren, Drue Beach (Summer), Danae' Beach Hernandez (Luke) and one great-granddaughter, Braeleigh Ranae' Hernandez and a special friend, Oliver Jones, along with a host of family and friends.
