Funeral services for Mrs. Geneva Peeples, 81, of Liberty, MS, will be on Friday March 1, 2019, at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS, at 11:00 AM, with burial to follow in the Liberty City Cemetery in Liberty, MS. Rev. Marvin Howard will be officiating the services with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home on Friday March 1, 2019, from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11 AM.

Mrs. Peeples passed from this life on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Meadville Nursing home. She was born on July 18, 1937 to Mr. Tom and Mrs. Minnie Love.

Mrs. Peeples was a lifelong housewife that dedicated her time toward raising her family and volunteering her time to help with family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Mr. Tom Love and Mrs. Minnie Love;  husband, Glyn Peeples; daughter, Lavern Reynolds; son, Joseph Glyn Peeples, along with 5 brothers and 1 sister.

Survivors are daughter, Jeanette Reynolds Sullivan of Meadville; son, Thomas J. Reynolds of Liberty, MS; grandchildren, William Evan Newell, Amy Newell Smith and husband Phillip from Vidalia, LA; great grandchildren, William Cole Newell, Olivia Corrine Smith, and Ethan August Smith.

Pallbearers are Phillip Smith, William Evan Newell, Richard Reid, Clayton Reid, Elliott Stebbins, and Jeffrey Cupit.
