Ernest T. "Pete" Miller, 75 of Meadville, MS, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, MS. Visitation will be from 5-9 PM, Wednesday, March 20, 2013 in Meadville, MS. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS. Burial will be in Pilgrim's Rest Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Pete was born in Amite County, MS on January 16, 1938. Mr. Pete was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to fish, hunt, and do woodworking.

He is preceded in death by: parents: Thomas Eugene and Julia Whittington Miller of Amite County; wife: Nellie Rae Whitehead Miller; son: Timothy Lee Milller; brothers: Walter Lee Miller and J.W. Miller, Sr.

Survivors Include: daughter: Vickie Rollins of Meadville, MS;granddaughters: Sarah Miller of Natchez, MS and Trisha Cothren (Joseph) of Meadville, MS; sisters: Bell Watts (Ed) of Meadville, MS and Bonnie Hogan of Winnsboro, LA; great-grandchildren: Byron Cothren and Dixie Cothren

Pallbearers are: Rusty King, Mike Temple, Michael Watts, Robbie Bass, Mike Larimore, Joe Larimore and Byron Cothren.
