Mrs. King, 85, of Roxie, MS passed from this life on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS.  She was born in Roxie, MS on April 1, 1935 to Mr. Edwin G Farr and Mrs. Armenia Lehman Farr.

Mrs. King was a longtime resident of Roxie, MS where she and her late husband "Jack" raised their family.  She was employed as a postal clerk at the Meadville and Roxie post offices for 35 years prior to retiring.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Edwin and Armenia Farr; husband, John C. "Jack" King; sister, Charlene Farr Graham and grandson Brett Covington King.

Survivors are sons; Joe Eddie King and wife Barbara of Florence, MS, Charles "Rusty" Randall King and wife Vicki of Kirby, MS, John Robert King and wife Tammy of Oldenburg, MS; sisters, Irene Farr Wilkinson, Polly Francis Farr Diamond and husband Claude Ray of Stone Mountain, GA along with four grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Pallbearers are Logan King, Berett King, Matt Deer, Eddie Hester, Alex Lenoir and Gerald Smith.
