The memorial service for Mr. Edward Lamar Beach, Sr. will be on Friday, October 18, 2019, at Roxie Baptist Church in Roxie, MS at 1:00 PM. Rev. Jamie Wallace will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Beach, 82, of Roxie, MS passed from this life on Monday, October 14, 2019, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. He was born on April 9, 1937 in Franklin County, MS, to Mr. Spurgeon Beach and Mrs. Myrtle Beach Jackson.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Spurgeon and Myrtle; wife, Leatrice Tidwell Beach; son, Trent Beach; sister, Gladys Taylor; and brothers, Roy Beach and Wayne Beach.

Survivors are his daughters, Tammy Halford and husband, Darrell of Roxie, MS, Rita Bordelon and husband, Carey of Walker, LA; son, Eddie Beach and wife, Wanda of Roxie, MS; brothers, Billy Beach and wife, Jenny of Roxie, MS, Gary Beach and late wife, Shirley  of Roxie, MS, Bobby Beach and wife, Lattimore of Roxie, MS, and Donald Beach and wife, Teresa of Natchez, MS; sisters, Helen Spence and husband, Gene of Brookhaven, MS and Margie Rogers of Brookhaven, MS; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
