Funeral services for Mr. Donald Wayne Ferguson will be on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Praise Cathedral Church of God in Meadville, MS at 2:00 PM, with burial to follow in the Byrd's Chapel Cemetery in Meadville, MS. Bishop Larry Edwards will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Praise Cathedral Church of God on Thursday, February 9, 2023, from 12:00 PM until time of service at 2:00 PM.

Donald Wayne Ferguson, 75, of Meadville, MS was born on February 23, 1947 to Lee and Ella Mae Ferguson of Meadville. He passed away on February 3, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Kenneth Ferguson, Chester Ferguson, and Bill Ferguson, and two sisters, Jean McManus and Janice Steele.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Anita Simpson Ferguson, his son, Lee Ferguson and his wife, Trudy of Magnolia, TX; daughter, Lisa Robinson and her husband, Michael of Meadville, MS; daughter, Jessica Elkins and her husband, Tucker of Madison, MS; and son, John Ferguson and his wife, Courtney of Meadville, MS; nine grandchildren and one grandson-in-law, Kara Krus and her husband, Kaleb of  Willis, TX, Kylie, Emily and Dylan Robinson of Meadville, MS, Austin and Presley Elkins of Madison, MS, and Eden, Henry and Stevie Lynn Ferguson of Meadville, MS; Step Mother-in-law, Tish Simpson of Meadville, MS, sister, Jeri Ferguson Holmes of Brandon, MS, and a host of nieces and nephews.
