Dianna M. Leonard Ward, 58, was called home from this life on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at Wellstar Paulding Hospital in Hiram, GA. Ms. Ward was born on October 8, 1957, in East St. Louis, IL to Charles Junior and Mary Frances Leonard.

Visitation will be at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS on Friday, September 23, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will continue Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 AM at Franklin Funeral Home. The graveside service will follow in Midway Cemetery in Meadville, MS. Bro. Tony Mullins and Bro. Lance Moak will officiate the services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Dianna loved spending time with her family.  Her five grandchildren were the world to her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Junior and Mary Frances Leonard; and sister, Frances Kay Leonard.

Survivors are her daughter, Jennifer Ward Blehm and husband Robert of Acworth, GA; sons, John M. Ward and wife Tamah and Ty Ward and wife Amanda both of Meadville, MS; brothers, Charles Leonard and wife Cindy of Coulterville, IL and Jerry Leonard and wife Johnie of Tamaroa, IL; grandchildren, Ryan and Erin Blehm, Gavin and Tatum Ward, and Jaxon Ward; and her former husband, John C. Ward.  As well as a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are Matt Ward, Mikie Ward, Waylon Leonard, Jerry Leonard, Jr., Charles Leonard, Jr., Travis Branam, Jesse Scott and Rich Scott.

Honorary Pallbearers are Ryan Blehm, Gavin Ward and Jaxon Ward.
