Mr. Delton Spring, 72, was called into the presence of the Lord on October 23, 2015, at University Hospital in Jackson, MS. Mr. Spring was born at Natchez, MS on July, 12, 1943 to Mr. Fermon Chapman Spring and Mrs. Audrey Davis Spring.

Visitation will be at Union Baptist Church in Roxie, MS on Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 2:00 PM till time of service at 3:30. The graveside service will follow in the Davis Cemetery at Roxie MS. Rev. Andy McDaniel and Rev. Al Spring will be officiating the services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Spring loved his church, singing and fellowshipping with his many friends. He loved his family very much and enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports.

Mr. Spring is preceded in death by his parents, Fermon Chapman Spring and Audrey Davis Spring; wife, Hilda Jean Spring and brother, Roger Spring.

Survivors are daughter, Annette Cobb (Bruce) of LaPlace, LA; sons Jeffrey Spring (Courtney) of Mt. Juliet, TN, and J.T. Switzer (Alicia) of Natchez, MS; brother, Al Spring (Frieda) of Raymond, MS; grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Cole, Paige, and Layne along with a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are Scott Brumfield, Jason Brumfield, Craig Brumfield, Lloyd McDaniel, Andrew Jackson and Melvin Ward.
