Mrs. Claudia Mae Emfinger Terrell, 92, was called into the presence of the Lord on September 4, 2016, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Meadville, MS. Mrs. Terrell was born at Jefferson County, MS, December 15, 1923 to Mr. Walter Sullivan and Mrs. Minnie McFarland Sullivan.
Visitation will be at Sarepta Baptist Church in Meadville, MS on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 9:00 AM till time of service at 12:00 PM. The graveside service will follow in the Sarepta Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Millard Moak and Rev. Eric Moak will be officiating the services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Claudia Mae has been a long time member of Sarepta Baptist Church. She worked for many years as a Ward Clerk at Franklin Memorial Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Mrs. Claudia Mae is preceded in death by her parents, Walter Sullivan and Minnie McFarland Sullivan; brothers, Luther, Otis, Paul, Bishop and Dudley Sullivan; sister, Lottie Bell Stephenson; her first husband of 53 years, Curtis Emfinger; sons, Wayne Emfinger, Roy Emfinger, and grandson, David (Dave) E. Campbell Jr.
Survivors are her husband of 17 years, Wiley (Billy) Terrell, Sr. of Meadville; sons Ralph Emfinger and wife Ramona of Port Gibson, MS; daughters, Barbara Klene and husband Dennis of Meadville, MS, Marie McNeil and husband Stanley of Louin, MS; brother Ray Sullivan of Shreveport, LA; sisters Gladys wade of Fort Worth, TX, Leoma Raner of Port Gibson, MS; seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, two stepsons, four step grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Pallbearers are Patrick Campbell, Scott Campbell, Stephen Emfinger, Ralph Emfinger Jr, Justine Campbell and Kaleb Campbell.
