Charlotte Jan Shell, 65 of Roxie, MS passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at her residence in Roxie, MS. She was born Saturday, March 8, 1958 in Natchez, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Franklin Funeral Home in 291 Main Street, Meadville, MS. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 05, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, MS. Burial will follow in Springill BC Cemetery in Knoxville, MS. Rev. Mike Carraway will officiate with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

She lived life to the fullest.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Helmer David Shell;  son, Jonathan Travis Garner;  parents, Charles Ray and Charlotte Gay Toney Sullivan.

Survivors include her son, Joshua Chance Garner of Roxie, MS;  daughter, Brianna Elizabeth Garner of Roxie, MS;  brother, Chip Sullivan (Velma).

Pallbearers will be Trey Tindle, Trent Tindle, Braden Tyson, Braden Whitehead, Michael Chase Norris, Landon Partridge, Brantley Sullivan, and Simon Sullivan.
