A graveside service for Beverly L. Oglesby will be on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Midway Cemetery in Meadville, MS. Rev. Keith Smith will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Beverly L. Oglesby, 68, passed from this life on Sunday, June 28, 2026. She was born on December 22, 1957 in Natchez, MS to Mr. Francis Marion Oglesby, Sr. and Mrs. Alice Louise Wallace Oglesby.

She loved to shop at garage, estate, and antique sales. She was a long time member of Meadville Baptist Church. The Oglesby family has been well known throughout Franklin County for many years.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brother F.M. Oglesby, Jr.; and nephew, Andy Oglesby.

Survivors are her sister-in-law, Cathy Oglesby; very special caregiver, Maggie Bentley; and numerous cousins, other family, and friends.

Pallbearers are Bo Hayes, Wayne Wallace, Byron Norman, and Kenny Bentley.
